The Paramount brings made from scratch, contemporary comfort food to the mountain for breakfast and lunch. They are open everyday from 8:30 AM thru apres ski which is about 5 PM during ski season. Their food is created through an appreciation of simple but always effective techniques that have both been passed down from generations as well as gathered from observing great food around the world. All of their jams and jellies are made during peak season and canned in-house. They flavor their own liquor, make their own sauces and prove that when you take pride in your products, you can create a truly wonderful ambiance and gathering place for friends and families, all brought together by food.
